SIX WEEK SERENE

Our 6-Week Serene Wedding Package is designed for couples who relish the creative process of planning their own wedding, but want to hand over the final details and coordination to professionals as the big day approaches. This package is perfect for those who want to source their own suppliers and craft a vision for their celebration, but wish to elevate their experience by entrusting the final six weeks and on-the-day management to us.
Starting four to six weeks before your wedding, we step in to take over the mundane administrative tasks; coordinating with your chosen venue and vendors, obtaining legal documents, finalising timelines, and addressing any last-minute details. This ensures that nothing is overlooked, allowing you to focus on the excitement of your upcoming celebration without the stress of managing logistics.
On your wedding day, our team will be on-site to oversee the setup, manage your suppliers, and ensure every aspect of your plan unfolds seamlessly. With our expert coordination, you can relax and fully immerse yourself in the joy of the day, knowing that we have everything under control and people, details and décor will be exactly where you envisioned them!

Initial Consultation: A consultation call at the time of booking our services to secure your wedding date and schedule your six-week follow-up call. We'll also review key focus areas and essential tasks you’ll need to complete between booking us and your big day, empowering you to start your planning journey.
MIDDLE
Over to You: Develop your overall theme and vision for the day. Research, negotiate, and book your preferred suppliers.
END
Six-Week Call: We start working together again with a consultation call around 4 to 6 weeks before your wedding to review all plans and arrangements, ensuring everything is in place. We’ll discuss final details and understand your vision for the day and introduce you to your on-day coordinator.
Supplier Coordination: We'll liaise with all booked vendors to confirm details, delivery times, and setup requirements.
Logistics Management: Address any logistical requirements, such as guest and supplier arrival times and setup.
Guest Management: Review your guest list to ensure RSVPs are collated, dietary specifications are logged, and the seating chart is finalised according to your venues operational team requirements.
Legal Management: Obtain necessary legal documents from vendors as required by your venue, including PAT testing certificates and public liability insurance (PLI).
Timeline Finalisation: Create or refine the wedding/event day timeline, coordinating all activities from start to finish.
Venue Walkthrough: Discuss how you would like to use the venue for each element of the day, including layout and setup.
Stationery Management: Bespoke design and management of all printed materials on the day if not already arranged, such as menus, name cards, and seating charts.
Venue Handover: Conduct a handover meeting with your designated wedding coordinator at your venue to ensure they have all the information needed to run your day.
ON DAY
Day-of Coordination: 10 hours of coverage on your wedding day, overseeing the setup of the venue to align with your vision and ensuring all timeline elements are followed, keeping events on schedule and running smoothly.
Supplier Supervision: Coordinate and manage all suppliers on the day for seamless execution.
Guest Assistance: Provide support and assistance to you, the couple, and your guests as needed.
Tailored Support: Offer bespoke services on the day, tailored to your specific priorities and concerns.

Initial Consultation: Discussing your vision, preferences, and budget, while drawing out those all important details that will make your special day incredible.
Budget Management: Creating and managing the wedding budget to ensure all expenses are tracked and controlled.
Venue Sourcing: We identify and recommend venues that perfectly match your required size, location and vision; considering everything from aesthetics and ambiance to logistical needs. We’ll arrange site visits, negotiate contracts, and ensure the chosen venue aligns with your budget and event requirements, making sure it’s the ideal backdrop for your celebration.
Vendor Sourcing: Researching, recommending, and booking reputable vendors required, such as, but not limited too, florists, photographers, and entertainment.
Contract Negotiation: Reviewing and negotiating contracts with vendors to secure the best terms and pricing.
Design and Styling: Developing a cohesive design concept, including colour schemes, themes, decor, tablescaping, and overall aesthetic. Additionally, pairing you with and booking the appropriate vendors to achieve your desired look.

Timeline Creation: Establishing an overview timeline for the planning process and the wedding day itself.
Stationery Management: Bespoke designing and management of all printed and digital materials pre, on the day, and post-wedding, including a wedding website if desired.
Bookings: Arranging food tastings and any pre-wedding trials.

Detailed Timeline Creation: Elaborating on the previous timeline to ensure a detailed minute-by-minute run sheet inclusive of vendor and venue logistics.

As your wedding planners, we’re dedicated to being with you every step of the way, which is why we take on a limited number of clients each year for our full planning service.
The price is based on a one-day event. If you're planning a multi-day celebration, please let us know, and we'll provide a bespoke quote tailored to your specific needs.
For weddings taking place outside of the UK, planning fees start from £15,000 per day to reflect the additional time, logistics, and coordination required when working internationally; travel and accommodation expenses will also need to be covered for any necessary site visits, as well as for the wedding dates themselves.
Please note, the work you see in our portfolio ranges from budgets of £100,000 to £500,000+. We cannot take on weddings with budgets less than £100,000.
